I started Ovzads design process off by sketching out some silhouettes of the character traits I wanted to emphasize. I could then take these silhouettes and work them up into more fully developed concepts. After sketching the silhouettes I also began work on Ovzads face design as this was really important as I wanted to firstly make sure all my characters looked like they were from the same race and secondly from the same family.
